Salmon Fillet

I absolutely love salmon. Thankfully so does my family which makes cooking time more pleasurable since I know I will have empty dishes to load in the dishwasher.

Salmon is packed with essential oils and yummy goodness that your beautiful body needs.  It is so versatile and easy to cook that it is my number one choice fish.  You can be very creative and serve many side dishes with salmon, but the key thing to remember that not over load it with flavour.



3 Salmon fillets of course cook as many as you like!

2 tablespoons of olive oil

juice of 1 lemon

2 tablespoons of fish spices




Step1. Place the fish in oven proof dish. Marinade the fish with all the ingredients, make sure you massage the fish well so the spices can integrate.

Step 2. Cover the dish with foil and place in the oven for 20 min on 180C .  After remove the cover and let it cook for five minute.

Step 3. Serve hot with salad, couscous,  rice or pasta
