My boys love my chicken nuggets and I love making them. They are filling and can be served with a variety of side dishes; boiled vegetables, mash potatoes salad and the odd oven chip too ! I don’t use much spices in them when I cook it for the children, however the adult version can be different ! You can cut them into strips or bigger cubes and you can add chilli, pepper and more of the spices you like,  serving them with dips, chunky chips or with other finger food.

I used chicken breast as it’s the quickest to cook with. You can use any part of the chicken that you prefer best. I will be using small amount of olive oil and baking rather than frying the nuggets. This method is healthier and tastier to me.

Be warned this is a bit messy and if you have older kids maybe they will like to help you, since they like to get their finger sticky !

Are you ready to get your hand dirty ? Let us begin
