Before we get started I wanted you to know that there are TWO types of cold coffee drinks; Cold brew and Iced Coffee.

Cold brew; Hot water added to grounded coffee that is left to cool for 24 hours in the fridge and strained. Pour the cold coffee into filter/ coffee paper into a glass filled with ice cubes. Add some cold milk and syrup.

Iced Coffee; In a cup filled with ice cubes pour strong cold coffee,

Note: Since sugar doesn’t dissolve in cold water make sure you add it before cooling. Also make sure the coffee is slightly stronger or add more shots because the ice will dilute the flavour of the coffee.
